Leeds & Liverpool Canal, Bridge 224 Redcote Bridge to Railway Bridge - 3rd Party Works change of date

Please be aware that these works will now take place between Monday 10th and Frida 14th August.

Contractors on behalf of Network Rail, requesting access to the canal using a pontoon and scaffold tower arrangement (includes a supporting safety boat) to inspect the railway bridge above. Access will be maintained, moving to one side as boats which to pass. The pontoon will launched up at Bridge 224, and sailed down to the location. Instructions: Customers wishing to navigate pass should remain vigilant when approaching the area, following instruction of any marshals present. Customer may be delays for a maximum 20 mins whilst pontoon and equipment is moved to one side.
