Following on from the test results, extensive remedial work will be required to the pipework to make the elsan fully operable. We appreciate that this situation is taking longer to resolve than we would have hoped, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please be assured that the teams involved are actively progressing a permanent repair solution and we will provide further updates as soon as information becomes available.

Contractors have unblocked the elsan however they have noted further investigation is required regarding the underground pipe works. When we have confirmation the elsan is fully operable we will update this notice accordingly. Thank you for your patience

The elsan is currently blocked and our contractors have been requested to attend to clear the blockage. Once fixed, this notice will be updated.
