The customer service facilities at Grindley Brook will remain open while repairs continue following the canal breach at Whitchurch. Customers are kindly reminded to please leave the facilities clean and tidy after use to help ensure they remain available for everyone.

The Grindley Brook customer service facilities will be temporarily re-opened from tomorrow (24th December) while we review the repairs necessary for the breach. Please note, that due to the short-notice re-opening of the CSF as part of our emergency response to the breach at Whitchurch, it has not been possible to arrange a cleaning service. Customers are asked to please leave the facilities clean.
