One of the sunken boats has now been successfully recovered. The second craft remains submerged and is being monitored. Following winter flooding and higher water levels, it has not been possible to confirm its exact position at this time.

We will make arrangements for recovery once conditions allow and the craft can be safely located. This notice will be updated if there is any change to the situation.

Please ensure you pass with care and follow any advice from the Lock Keepers at Cromwell.

There are two sunken boats located on the Tidal Trent as you head past Cromwell Lock and towards Girton. They are approximately located between W3W https://w3w.co/bookmark.workbook.bogus and https://w3w.co/commuting.vanilla.pleasing They are currently secured, but we are monitoring the situation closely. Please proceed with care and follow advice from the Lock Keepers at Cromwell Lock. We will update this notice as soon as we have more information.
